Felicia Oh, a world-renowned BJJ female fighter, is coming to teach at DEFTAC HQ this Saturday, February 1, 2020.
Felicia Oh holds is a 4th BJJ Black Belt and she earned it in 4.5 years under Jean Jacques Machado in 2004. This made her part of the Woman’s BJJ Dirty Dozen as the 6th woman outside Brazil to achieve the rank in this martial art (5th in the USA).
Oh is also an accomplished competitor in both gi and no-gi, having medalled in important events such as the World and Pan American Championships (gi and no-gi), the ADCC as well as the US Open, to name a few. Her contribution to the BJJ has been recognized by the Masters Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2007.
